SABAH PARK'S RESEARCH PERMIT FEE AND RESEARCH DEPOSIT Please be informed that the Sabah Parks will impose research permit and research deposit effective as mentioned above. The information below outlines the research permit fee and research deposit for local (Malaysian) and foreign researchers. Research Permit Fee For Malaysian & Foreign Researcher Undergraduate : RM100.00 (US$50.00 for foreign researcher) Master : RM150.00 (US$75.00 for foreign citizen) Ph.D : RM200.00 (US$100.00 for foreign citizen) Other Research : RM200.00 (US$100.00 for foreign citizen) The fee charged is for research conducted for the maximum duration of one year Undergraduate : RM100.00 (US$50.00 for foreign researcher) Master : RM150.00 (US$75.00 for foreign citizen) Ph.D : RM200.00 (US$100.00 for foreign citizen) Other Research : RM200.00 (US$100.00 for foreign citizen) The research deposit is refundable if copy of the final thesis/final report is submitted to the Parks within six months after the end of research as stated in the research permit.
